简要规则描述：本项目涵盖党群中心内剧场与排练厅、非遗馆与党群中心展厅、图书馆、运动休闲区域等场馆的综合运营服务。主要内容包括对剧场及排练厅设备日常巡检、维护、维修；在非遗馆与展厅承担讲解及来访接待；在图书馆进行窗口接待、读者指引与图书整理；在运动休闲区负责设施使用管理与现场秩序维护。每日工作时间为12小时，全年无休，确保中心内各场馆正常运行以及提供及时的保障服务。（具体内容及要求详见磋商文件第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: This project involves the comprehensive operation services of various venues within the Party and Mass Center, including the theater and rehearsal hall, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and the Party and Mass Center exhibition hall, the library, and the sports and leisure area. The main tasks include conducting daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the equipment in the theater and rehearsal hall; providing explanations and reception services at the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and exhibition hall; conducting window reception, reader guidance, and book arrangement at the library; and managing the use of facilities and maintaining order in the sports and leisure area. The working hours are 12 hours per day, with no breaks throughout the year, to ensure the normal operation of all venues within the center and provide timely support services.
